Pilar you have produced a wonderful film. Of course the extract is by far the best entry for We Love Japanese Songs 2014. I am sure that everyone agrees that you have the most beautiful voice and are totally captivating on screen. However, your film is so much more than simply beautiful and radiant. As Gaysha de states you have managed to be radically different with your infusion of traditional Japanese culture combined with the heartbreak of a Western love story. This idea could so easily have been all wrong and not worked but in your hands it is such a success. It comes across so clearly that you are totally respectful to the geisha's art of traditional fan dancing. In my experience it is rare to to be convinced that there is a European who has such love and respect for traditional Japanese culture. I am not used to giving such praise but you thoroughly deserve it, you have clearly invested your heart and soul into this project. Jools Jackson
Very nice, keep it up! :)
